Spare copy to be supplied in the Registry, if not supplied, within two weeks from today, so as to enable the Registry to issue notice to the respondent No.2, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court. 5.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the meantime, till the next date, the trial Court to defer the proceeding, pending before it.
