In view of the parameters and guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Shalini Shyam Shetty & Anr Vs. Rajendra Shankar Patil reported in (2010) 8 SCC 329, substantive alternate remedy by way of revision is available to the petitioner. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedy, if so advised. 2.
