The Petitioner is challenging the rotation of reservation of wards of village Mardi. Admittedly, despite filing of the writ petiton, the election process was continued and general election to village panchayat Mardi was held on 16th February 2017. In that view of the matter, the relief claimed in the writ petition is rendered infructuous. Hence, writ petition is dismissed.
