The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. No.167 of 2018, registered with L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai, for the offence punishable under Section 408 of Indian Penal Code ("IPC", for short).

Learned APP submits that subsequently charge under Sections 109, 212 and 411 read with 34 of IPC were added. Learned APP, on instructions from the officer who is present in the Court submits that the evidence against the

rpa 2/2 912-aba-96-19.doc applicant that, out of the crime proceeds, the motorcar was purchased in the name of the applicant, and, considering the nature of the allegations, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In the circumstances, case for anticipatory bail is made out.

Hence, I pass the following Order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.96 of 2019, is allowed;

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R. No.167 of 2018, registered with L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai, she may be released on bail on her furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iii) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of.
