By this application, the applicants seek relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court (Coram:Abhay M. Thipsay,J.) vide order dated 8th August, 2014, passed in Criminal Application No.506 of 2014, directing the applicants to report to the Shahapur Police Station on every Sunday, till the disposal of the case.

Learned APP is not been able to show that the applicants have not complied with the said order dated 8th August, 2014, directing the applicants to report to the Shahapur Police Station on every Sunday, till date.

Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court, vide order dated 8th August, 2014, passed in Criminal Application No.506 of 2014, directing the applicants to report to the Shahapur Police Station on every Sunday, till the disposal of the case, stands relaxed. The applicants shall now report to the Shahapur Police Station, on the first Sunday, of every month, till the disposal of the case.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 6.
