The petitioner has sought quashing of the prosecution initiated against the petitioner vide Special Case No. 51 of 2002 pending in the file of CBI Special Session Judge for Greater Mumbai vide C.R. No. 47 arising out of matter of RC No. 1/E/2001/ CBI/EOW/MUMBAI registered by the CBI on 15/01/2001.

On the last occasion none appeared for the petitioner. The petition is pending since 2016 without there being any order. Today also when the matter is called out none appeared for the petitioner. 3.
