Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition because the Petitioner has availed remedy before Debt Recovery Tribunal and has filed a S. A. (L) No. 86 of 2020. 2.

While dismissing the Writ Petition as not pressed, we simply observe that keeping in view the fact that 4 flats of the Petitioner have been taken possession of by the 1st Respondent and the stand of the Petitioner is that the action is illegal, learned DRT shall decide the securitization application as early as possible and in any case not later than six months from today.
