For the reasons recorded separately, the following order is passed :

O R D E R

(I) Bail Application no. 110 of 2019 is allowed. (II) Applicants are directed to be released on bail in crime no. 326 of 2017 registered with Kherwadi Police Station on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount. Borey 1/2

spb/ 904ba110-19.odt (iii) Applicants shall report to the concerned police station once in month on first Saturday of month between 11.00 am to 01.00 p.m. till further orders.

(IV) Applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

(V) In the event, if it is found that the applicants have committed breach of any condition, the prosecution is at liberty to apply for cancellation of the bail. (VI) Application stands disposed of.
