The Petitioner is aggrieved by an order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, rejecting the application for condonation of delay caused in filing the original application. There is a gross delay of 23 years, and in the alternative 9 years in filing the original application. The Tribunal by a reasoned order has refused to condone the said delay. We have perused the impugned order and we find that the Tribunal has considered all the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere with the order impugned in the petition. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
