By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioners inter-alia seek the following reliefs :- "(a) This Honourable Court be pleased to direct the respondents herein to decide the representations made by the present petitioner herein dated 4.12.2017, 23.11.2017 within such period as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper. (b) During the pendency of the above referred petition be pleased to direct the respondent to withdraw the building permission granted earlier. "

The representation made by the Petitioners dated 4th December, 2017 has already been replied to by the Corporation. In view thereof, we direct the Corporation to decide the representation made by the Petitioners dated 23rd November, 2017 (Exhibit G, Page 29 to the Petition) by giving them a personal hearing on 23rd Kanchan P Dhuri
