It appears that these Writ Petitions were filed through solicitor firm NDB Law. It is informed that subsequently the said firm NDB Law has given NOC to advocate Mr. Sharad T Bhosale.

Since the earlier advocate for the Petitioner i.e. NDB Law has given NOC and now advocate Mr. Sharad T Bhosale has caused his appearance on behalf of the Petitioner in these writ petitions, the earlier advocate NDB Law stands discharged. Advocate Mr. Rohit Jadhav i/by NDB Law is present in Court today.

(2) wp-923.21&ors.odt Today Mr. Sharad T Bhosale, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, has tendered across the bar his vakalatnama and the copy of the letter dated 16/02/2022 in the respective writ petitions. By the said letter dated 16/02/2022, the Petitioner Pandurang Kangude, who is present in Court today, has given instructions to advocate Mr. Sharad T Bhosale to withdraw the Petitions. The vakalatnams and the copy of the letter dated 16-02-2022 are taken on record.

Mr. Sharad Bhosale, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that in view of the subsequent events occurred after filing of these writ petitions, the Petitioners have instructed him to withdraw these petitions. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petitions. Leave granted. The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
