Learned A.P.P. points out that the Applicant was arrested on 20.9.2020. Thereafter her bail application was rejected by the trial Court on 27.10.2020. After that, the charge-sheet was filed on 24.12.2020. Therefore, the Applicant can approach the trial Court for the same relief in the changed circumstances of filing of the charge-sheet.

In view of this submission, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to approach the trial Court for her release on bail in the changed circumstances of filing of the charge-sheet.

Considering this prayer and considering the changed circumstances, the permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to make an application for bail before the trial Court for her release on bail in the changed circumstances of filing of charge-sheet. The Application is disposed of accordingly.
