Prayer made by the petitioner in the petition is to transfer him from Nashik Jail to jail at Ratnagiri.

In case the said grievance / prayer still subsists, petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authority, who shall look into the same and take appropriate decision, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the above observations, petition stands disposed of. 4.
