On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, in the wake of the material compiled in the charge sheet and the antecedents against the applicant, though the learned counsel for the applicant submit that he has been acquitted for the offence punishable under section 307 of IPC, the learned counsel seek permission to withdraw the application, on instructions of the sister of the applicant, who is present in the Court.

It can be seen that applicant is aged 31 years and is accused of an offence punishable under Section 307 of the IPC. Though the charge-sheet has been filed, the charge is not yet Ashish Mhaske
2/2 50 BA 181.22.doc framed. The concerned court is requested to frame the charge within a period 6 months from today.
On failure to do so, applicant is entitled to revive his request for grant of bail.
