Mr. Tayade, learned Counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that after filing of the petition, services of the petitioner are terminated. Now the petitioner wants to challenge and file appropriate proceedings before School Tribunal. He submits that the petition, in view of the above event, has rendered infructuous. In view of this submission, petition is dismissed.

It is made clear that we have not gone into merits of the matter. All the points and contentions of the parties are kept open. In the event, the petitioner challenges the termination order before the school tribunal, the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
