20. Cri.IA-136-2021 in Appeal 556-2016 .doc sentenced to sufer rigorous imprisonment for two years and fne of Rs. 5000/- with default stipulation by judgment and order dated 21st July, 2016 passed in Special Case No. 26/2015 by the Special Judge (under P.C.A.), Mumbai.

Accused in the subject trial was a public servant and he has been sentenced to pay fne. Accused has expired on 21st May, 2020.

This application is preferred by wife of the convict under Section 394 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 4.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 5.

Applicant to carry out the necessary amendment within a week from today.
