In the leave and licence proceedings, the Competent Authority, so also the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division passed an additional order against the petitioner. Subsequently, an execution application was filed against the petitioner. By an Order dated 9 January, 2020, 24 hours notice was given to the petitioner to vacate the suit premises.

The writ petition challenges the said notice dated 9 January, 2020.

It appears that there is no Ad-interim/ interim relief granted to the petitioner.

On 18 January, 2024 and 1 February, 2024 none appeared for the Petitioner. Today also, when the matter is called out, again Sharada
