This is an application for modification of order dated 30th July, 2020 passed by this Court in LD/VC/Bail Application No. 406 of 2020. The applicant was directed to be released on bail. He was permitted to deposit cash bail for a period of eight weeks. He also directed to attend police station on every 1st and 3rd Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. It is submitted that the applicant complied the condition of reporting. Since he is directed to attend Manish S.

Considering the fact that the applicant has complied the previous direction of reporting, the condition of reporting can be relaxed. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 noon till further order. The time to furnish surety and the facility of cash bail granted by this Court vide order dated 30th July, 2020 is extended by period of 12 weeks. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
