This application has been sent by the applicant from jail praying for expediting the hearing of the trial, which he is facing. Learned APP states on instructions from API Mr. Anil Mali, who is present in court that the trial has been concluded and the applicant has been acquitted. In the light of the fact that the trial has been concluded and the applicant has been acquitted, the present application does not survive and has been rendered infructuous.

This application is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
