On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and having regard the fact that the applicant intervenor has purchased the 3/4 share belonging to the original defendant Nos.1 to 3 by registered sale deed dated 20th July 2015 and further having regard to the fact that the applicant has been impleaded as a party before Nilam Kamble by Nilam Kamble Date: 2020.03.11 18:00:54 +0530 the executing Court, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
