By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 8 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 25.11.2014 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court at Dindoshi in S.C. Suit No. 358 of 2007.

Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Delay in filing First Appeal, is condoned.

c) No order as to costs.
