Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the petitioner has already filed an Appeal against very same order before the District Court. He further submits that the Appeal has been heard but the same is yet to be decided. He requests that the Appellate Court may be directed to decide the Appeal expeditiously. In this petition it is not possible for issuance of such directions as the order passed by the Trial Court is in challenge in this petition. However if the petitioners makes an application to the District Court for expeditious disposal of the Appeal, the Appellate Court can always consider the same on merits.

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with no order as to costs.
