1] Interim Application seek setting aside abatement of the Appeal against Applicant Nos.2 and 5 and also seek amendment in the Appeal in terms of the Schedule of Amendment, by deleting the names of original Appellant Nos.2 and 5 and substituting the same with the sole executrix appointed under the Will and last testament of the deceased Applicant.2.

Supporting the aforesaid substitution, pleadings are also sought to be added in the memo of the Appeal.

Necessary amendment as per the schedule shall be carried out within a period of two weeks.
