By this Application the Applicant has sought stay to execution and implementation of the impugned judgment dated 22.10.2021 in Suit No.2709 of 2013, whereby the learned Judge City Civil Court, Gr. Mumbai has directed the Appellant to pay to the Respondent an amount of Rs.9,20,992/- along with 12% interest from 19.11.2010 till realization.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that 50% of the total amount with interest will be deposited in three weeks and that the balance amount will be deposited three weeks thereafter. 3.

In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed. The Appellant is put to notice that in P P SALGAONKAR

12-ii- ia 3429-22.doc the event Appellant fails to deposit the amount as undertaken, interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 4.

Application stands disposed of.
