The applicants are apprehending arrest in CR No.431 of 2019 registered with Jath Police Station, District Sangli for offences under Sections 366, 397, 34 of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4, 25 of Arms Act.

The applicants contend that there is settlement with complainant Santosh Thorat. He has executed an affidavit dated 21st December 2019 in that regard. Learned counsel for applicants submitted that both the parties have resolved the dispute. The complainant is present in Court. He is identified by learned counsel representing him. The complainant has tendered affidavit dated 6th March 2020 stating that with the intervention of elderly people the parties have resolved the dispute. The complainant has no objection for granting this application. The affidavit of complainant is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the circumstances, interim protection granted to the applicant can be confirmed.

Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
(i) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.126 of 2020 is allowed and disposed of;
(ii) Interim order dated 20th January 2020 stands confirmed; (iii) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No.431 of 2019 registered with Jath Police Station, District Sangli, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
