2/2 205-APP957-02&45-02.doc to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years and pay fine in sum of ₹ 10,000/-, in default, to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of nine months.

The state is aggrieved by the sentence imposed and seeks enhancement. The Accused has filed an appeal challenging his conviction.
