Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

That the sufficient cause is shown for restoring of appeal and for condoning the delay.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay of 16 days is condoned.

The applicants are directed to remove all the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If such objections are not removed within two weeks, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. If the office objections are removed, place the matter for admission on 5th March, 2019.
