1. Mr. Kanetkar states petitioner approached this court since DRT4, Pune was vacant. Mr. Kanetkar states that now the DRT-4, Pune is fully functional and petitioner has also filed a securitization application (S.A.) No. 29 of 2022. He further states that leave be granted to withdraw this petition so that petitioner can pursue the S.A. filed. Mr. Kanetkar requests that the interim relief granted by this court be continued for some time, so that petitioner can approach the DRT to extend the stay and / or other reliefs. In our view, it is a reasonable statement made by Mr. Kanetkar. Therefore petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to pursue the S.A. mentioned above.

2. Interim relief granted to continue, until 20.08.2022.
3. We clarify that we have not made any observations on the merits of the matter.
