Learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant's father is ailing and he intends to prefer an application for temporary bail on that ground before Trial Court. Learned APP submitted that trial has already commenced. In view of the submissions advanced by learned counsel for applicant, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. The applicant will be at liberty to prefer application before Trial Court for temporary bail on medical ground being illness of his father. In the event such application is filed, the Trial Court shall decide the same in accordance with law.
