Admittedly, Shri Tukojirao Krushnajirao Pawar, who is the petitioner, has died on 19th June 2015. The petition is purportedly filed by his Constituted Attorney. Though the Constituted Attorney, who is present in the Court, was aware of the death of the petitioner, this material fact has not been mentioned in the petition.
