In that view of the matter the application is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make an application to respondent No.3 seeking reinstatement in light of directions contained in paragraph No.8 (f) of the aforesaid judgment. If said application is made the same shall be considered by respondent No.3 in accordance with law.
