Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGP for the respondent Nos.1A to 1C and 1E. The learned counsel for the applicants states that he is not pressing the prayer (a). Hence, the prayer is rejected. However, if rule in terms of the amended petition is issued, a notice will have to be issued to the learned Advocate General. The Writ Petition is at pre-admission stage. Hence, we allow the civil application in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
