In respect of the subject plot the Petitioner had admittedly filed Civil Suit. The matter was contested up to High Court. The Second Appeal was withdrawn by the Petitioner.

The Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the plot is reserved in a DP plan sanctioned in the year 2016 for the School in residential zone.

In the facts we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction. The Petition is dismissed.
