Petitioner no.1 husband and respondent no. 3 wife are jointly requesting for quashing of the FIR which is under sections 498A 406, 504, 506(2) 323 and 34 of IPC.

Respondent no.2 has accordingly given affidavit placing on record her no objection.

Parties have already filed proceedings under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act which are pending.

Respondent no.3 states in the Court that she has received the nilegaonkar 1/2
