The above Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking the following relief :

"(a)this Hon'ble Court may by way of appropriate writ Order or direction may direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to process the Petitioner's application dated 31st July, 2020 (Exhibit I) within a period of two weeks from the date of order of this Hon'ble Court;"

The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall after hearing the Petitioner and/or his Advocate/s, pass an order on the application/representation dated 31st July, 2020 (Exhibit I to the Petition) within a period of four weeks from today.
