Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have furnished sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 23rd November, 2017. She submits that the learned Judge has kept the same for verification on 24th January, 2018 and as such seeks continuation of the cash bail till the process of verification is over. In view of the aforesaid, prayer clause (a) does not survive. Since verification is pending, the period to furnish solvent sureties is SQ Pathan 1/2

appp.46.18.904.doc extended by a period of three weeks. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.

Application is disposed of.
