The husband of the petitioner is admittedly an under trial prisoner. The husband of the petitioner did file application to release him on temporary bail, but the said application has been rejected by an order dated 18th June 2020 passed by District Judge-3 & Additional Sessions Judge, Thane. It is open for the husband of the petitioner to challenge the said order. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this petition on merits. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.

The contentions raised on merits in the present petition are kept open to be agitated before the concerned Court, in case, Bhagyawant Punde
