The Director of Land Records, North Solapur shall treat the above Writ Petition as a representation filed by the Petitioner and after hearing the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 - M/s. Kapadi Engineers & Developers Private Limited, having its address at J-N-4/3/13, Sector 9, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, pass a Speaking Order within a period of eight weeks from today.

The Petitioner as well as Respondent No. 2 shall also be at liberty to file their written submissions at the time of hearing before Director of Land Records, North Solapur.
