This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (St)No. 5729 of 2021, which was dismissed for non removal of office objection under order dated 12.12.2022 passed by Registrar, (Judicial-I).

Heard learned AGP for the Respondent-State. Reasons for non removal of office objection, within stipulated time, are sufficiently explained in paragraph no. 2 of the said Application. 1 /2

In that view of the matter, we pass the following order. (a) Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and Writ Petition (St.) No. 5729 of 2021 is restored to file subject to condition that the Applicant/Petitioner will remove all objections within three weeks from today. (b) It is clarified that if the office objections are not removed within the time stipulated above, the Writ Petition will stand dismissed.
