DATE : 25 JUNE 2015 P.C. :- 1] In the order dated 4 July 2014 it is already recorded that the petitioner do not press this petition as against the respondent nos. 1 to 6. To the said effect, amendment has been carried out in the petition by inserting paragraph 9A. 2] In the aforesaid circumstances, there is no further necessity to effect service upon the respondent nos. 1 to 6. In fact, consistently the statement recorded in the order dated 4 July 2014, the petitioner to delete the said respondents from the array of parties. This is of course at the risk and consequences of the petitioner.

3] Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith. 4] Stand over till tomorrow i.e. 26 June 2015 on supplementary board (HOB).
