This is an application for fixing Criminal Appeal No.1252 of 2022 for hearing. The applicant has been acquitted for the offence under Prevention of Corruption Act. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant is aged about 66 years. He has been acquitted of all the charges in the yea 2012. On account of pendency of appeal the applicant is prevented from getting certain benefits. 2.

Learned APP submitted that appeal can be directed to be listed for hearing as per its turn.
