2/2 83-appln.2303.2003.doc Commissioner of Police, Goregaon Division, Mumbai. In the said report it is mentioned that a 'B' Summary Report has been filed in the concerned Court i.e. the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 68th Court, Borivali, Mumbai on 16th July, 2018 i.e. yesterday. 2.

In view of the filing of the 'B' Summary Report, it is not necessary to consider the above Criminal Application No.2303 of 2003 for the reliefs prayed for and to keep the above Criminal Application No.2303 of 2003, pending. The same to accordingly stand disposed of. Rule discharged. The report dated 17th July, 2018 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In view of the disposal of the Criminal Application No.2303 of 2003, Criminal Application No.90 of 2016 does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of as such.
