This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition (St.) No.5717 of 2021 which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections pursuant to the order dated 12th December 2022 passed by the Registrar (Judl.-I).

The circumstances in which in which the office objections were not removed are explained in paragraph 2 of the application. Heard learned AGP for the respondents.

For the reasons recorded in paragraph 2 of the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Writ Petition (St.) No.5717 of 2021 is restored to file subject to the petitioner removing all the office objections within a period of two weeks from today.

It is clarified that if all the office objections are not removed within time stipulated, Writ Petition (St.) No.5717 of 2021 shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Interim application is accordingly disposed off. No order as to costs. M.M.SATHAYE, J.
