This is an Application for intervention preferred by the original complainant in C.R. No.233 of 2014 registered at APMC Market Police Station, Navi Mumbai and subsequently transferred to Economic Offence, Navi Mumbai for further investigation. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Intervener and Mr. Pasbola, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants. In view of the pleadings in the present Application, I am satisfied that the present Application deserves to be allowed and the Applicants be given an opportunity of being heard at the time of hearing of the Criminal Application No.1313 of 2014.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks

PNP 2/2 APPP39-22.1 from today.

Place the Criminal Application No.1313 of 2014 for hearing before the Appropriate Bench after two weeks. Ad interim relief to continue till then.
