The learned AGP Mr.Prashant More states that the Appellants have submitted a proposal which is comprised in the letter dated 02/12/2014 addressed by the Sub-Divisional Forest Officer, Bhor, Pune, to the Chief Conservator of Forests (Regional) Pune. The said proposal is in respect of the regularization of the services of the Respondent in each of the above Letters Patent Appeals. The same is in consonance with the directions issued by the Industrial Court in Complaint (ULP) No.96 to 101/97 and has confirmed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in the above Writ Petition. The learned AGP in view of the said communication dated 02/12/2014 submits that since the proposal for regularization of the services of the Respondent in each of the above Letters Patent Appeals has been sent, the challenge in the above Letters Patent Appeals has turned infructuous.

The Letters Patent Appeals are accordingly disposed of

4 / 4 as having turned infructuous. The communication dated 02/12/2014 as adverted to hereinabove, is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

Since the communication is dated 02/12/2014, the Chief Conservator of Forest (Regional) and the State of Government is directed to consider the said proposal expeditiously and pass appropriate orders on the same latest by 28/02/2018.

In view of the dismissal of the Letters Patent Appeals, the Civil Applications do not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of.
