The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is carried out in FIR No. 406 of 2014. The petitioner submits that the FIR is lodged against two teachers for offences punishable under Sections 305, 324 read with Section 34 of IPC and the ultimate chargesheet is filed under Section 324 read with Section 34 of the IPC. It is the petitioner's apprehension that some serious offence must have taken place and the same has not been investigated by the police.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in the court, submits that the investigation has been carried out in proper and transparent manner. There is no room for raising any doubt regarding the investigation carried out. The learned APP submits that one of the parents of the child had already filed a petition bearing Criminal Writ Petition No. 4504 of 2014, which was withdrawn on 10/7/2015.

We have perused the record and considered the submissions advanced. In case the parents of the child file appropriate application with the Superintendent of Police for further investigation, Superintendent of Police may look into the said grievance.

The petition is disposed off accordingly.
