By this petition, the Petitioners are seeking to quash the criminal proceedings of CBI Case No.1130 of 2009 pending on the file of Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court, Esplanade, Mumbai. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State submitted that trial of the said case has commenced and already 25 witnesses have already been examined. The statement is not disputed by learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. In above circumstances, we are not inclined to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, writ petition is dismissed.
