In any case, there is no need to entertain this petition. The Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, is however directed to dispose of Execution Application No.38 of 2014 which is said to be pending. Such disposal shall be in accordance with law and on its own merits and after affording opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
