P.C:- SMITA RAJNIKANT JOSHI We have heard Mr. Deshpande, for the Petitioner. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner has filed an appeal. The order of status-quo was granted. Pending the appeal, the same has been vacated abruptly.

On the last date, we had asked learned AGP to take instructions within which the Appeal filed by the Petitioner would be decided. The learned AGP on instructions state that the Appeal filed by the Petitioner would be decided within four months. Statement is accepted.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also filed application for interim order. The Hon'ble Minister shall consider deciding the interim application expeditiously.
