DATE: JANUARY 18, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Counsel for the non-applicant informs that non-applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs 2,000/- with the Family Court, Kolhapur in pending proceedings being Petition bearing No. A-136 of 2020 out of which amount, Rs 1,000/- can be released in favour of the applicant-wife on each date when she physically attends the said proceedings. Since the statement is made on instructions, same is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 2] Counsel appearing on behalf of the non-applicant further assures that non-applicant shall be maintaining deposit of Rs 2000/- till final disposal of the said proceedings. This statement, made on instructions, is also accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
